Top Ways to Get Involved in Say Something Week

Sign-up for Say Something Week! Open to any school or community organization serving grades K-12 that wants to create a culture to prevent school violence through our Say Something program. Our proven, no-cost program teaches students how to look for the warning signs of someone at-risk of hurting themselves or others and how to tell a trusted adult to get help.

Signing up for Say Something Week is free and easy! You’ll receive an email that directs you to your resources, including:

  • A planning guide for your school and students
  • The Say Something training for Grades K-12
  • Access to lesson plans and activities
  • Chance to be recognized in the Say Something Week Awards

You’ll get special updates on activities and educational events taking place during the week. And you’ll receive tips for your training and program sustainability on our Learning Center.

Connect on Social Media! There are so many ways to share with educators, students, and the whole Sandy Hook Promise community. Use your social media toolkit with ready-to-use graphics, sample posts, and profile photo frames to promote your Say Something activities. Be sure to use the official campaign hashtags: #SaySomethingWeek and #SaySomethingSavesLives.
