The Youth Advisory Board and Youth Programs Team have written a new program that helps young people recognize their leadership styles and strengths and encourages them to “level up” to be more effective as leaders in their community.

About the SAVE Honor Cord
The SAVE Promise Club honor cord is intended to honor graduating seniors only who have been active contributors to your SAVE Promise Club and exemplify the values of Sandy Hook Promise.

How to Order Additional Honor Cords
Order graduation honor cords by visiting the SHP Store or reach out to [email protected] for support with ordering and quantities.
Presenting Honor Cords
We encourage Advisors to work with school leadership to determine the best way to present SAVE honor cords—whether during senior awards night or another recognition event. The criteria document can also be shared with administrators to explain the purpose and criteria behind the SAVE honor cord.
