Are Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency donations tax-deductible?
Sandy Hook Promise Foundation is a tax-deductible 501c3. We have a 100% rating from Charity Navigator for finance and accountability, among other awards. Please speak with your tax professional about your circumstances, but yes, they are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. In order to claim a deduction, you must have a receipt. We cannot provide receipts for anonymous donations. Please include your name, address, and other information if you would like a receipt.
